March 6th...6th months left:(

so today happens to be the day that in 6 months Ill be on a plane home. I don't think I want that day to happen. maybe ill extend.........

so in light of the 6months left all of my family and those who want to join will start reading the Book of Mormon. family means carollyn, annie, stefane, rj, rafeal. we will read this amazing book all together starting TODAY. its only 2 pages a day, and we will finish when I get home.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

so this past week was really amazing we spent a good amount a time finding a place for steve to be baptized. he is different cause he cant bend his knees at all really. he is in a wheelchair so its been a search. luckily we have the Savior on our side to help us. this morning we went to look at at a pool that a ward member has and it seems like its our place to do it. thankfully in the state of Washington this member has a heated pool. so the water will be a nice tempt of 85. its going to be a great weekend.

something that ive truly learned over my mission is how simple the gospel is. yes we teach it as faith repentence baptism receive the holy ghost and endure to the end. but in looking at it baptism and the holy ghost are a one time thing. it comes down to 2 things. enduring to the end is only repeating the process of faith and repetence.   faith starts at a hope. we must have a hope of something better to happen. when we have that hope we must then act on it. once the result of our hope produces the results we are looking for it then becomes faith and evidence. this process is repeated all throughout life. Heavenly Father will test our faith all the time. why?? simple because this is the time to prepare to meet Him. its how we learn and go. faith is an action that must be put to becoming better each and everyday.
