March 31st

hello everyone not in the blessed land of the WATAC..and if you are don't find me! but if you do find me you better have food!

so this past week we had a super big miracle. i will describe it in a few things the first being that the Lord had promised us that he will go before our faces and also elder Jefferey R Holland of the 12 has promised that if we are doing whats right then people will ask us when they can be baptized. so last week i talked about Geoff. when we left his church tour about 10 days ago he said "april 5th is a good date(referring to baptism date) but i think it might be sooner." well it was sooner! last night he was baptized!! it was so amazing that he has had such a strong testimony of the church from the beginning! he has told us that he has seen the fruits of this church and that they are good. i love how i have seen him change and realize what he has missed his whole life. just as the scriptures says they don't know where the truth is only cause they know not where to find it. Geoff is the same way during his investigation of the church he even stumbled upon some anti about joseph smith and said its completely false and not worth looking at!

i have loved being here in lacey so much!!! its is truly and blessed land. so obviously included is the photo from the baptism and also a photo of me and the comps on a giant tube at a members house!

so how is everyone doing on the BOM reading? i put together a little chart of where we should be at each month. so april 1 is page 84, may 1 is 172, june 1, 264, july 1 is 352, aug 1 is 444, and sept 3 is 531. it comes to about 2.95 pages  per day in reading sorry i miss calculated and said 2. its more like 3. so if your behind i hope that we can all catch up and finish together when i get home! this past week something that i loved reading was 2 nephi chatper 2. this chapter has became one of the my favorites to teach about the plan of salvation! and how simple it is to what has happened. the fall of adam and eve cause 2 thigns: physical death and spiritaual death. thankfully for us we have a mearciful father in heaven who gave us his only begotten son Jesus Christ to over come both of those things for us! but to overcome spiritual death we must repent of our sins to become cleasned from them.
