Week 4

so this was pretty much amazing there is no way to describe how much the lord blessed us for everything! I love to serve in the WA-TAC. i know i was sent here for a reason. so this past week president weaver made a goal for last and this week to find a new family. we found 2 last week and alomst a 3rd. so it was amazing! we have one lady named ann who is on date for baptism on the nov 3!!!! she is a miracle that we found her.

so instead of talking about my week i decided i will talk about how ive seen my testimony grow and things ive seen in myself so far. so one thing i have seen is that even before i left i loved the scriptures so much! they are the word of god and help us recieve personal revaltion from god. so about my 2nd week in the field i found myself having trouble putting down some stories that i already knew but still couldnt do it. and this week i have read from alma 40somthing to alma 55. i love captain moroni so much! he was a great man and ALWAYS put GOD FIRST before he would start to prepare for war! that is pretty amazing. in alma 48:17 is says "Yea, verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto ^aMoroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the ^bdevil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men.

think of that for a second! HELL WOULD BE SHAKEN!! SATAN COULD NO LONGER TEMPT US!! that is how power faith can be. i hope that i have half of the faith that he did. so that is one thing i have learned this week in them. also this morning i started to read about the stripling warriors! i love them i am a stripling warrior. and to be able to serve god in his work is my favorite thing to do so far in my life. and to always remeber to strive to be 100% obeident to the lord and he will bless me like he already has done. thank you all for your prayers they are much appreciated. i know this church is true. i know that God and Jesus visited Joesph Smith when he humblyed prayed for which church is true. i know that he will answer us when we ask him for help. he loves us all and we are his childeren. I know that my brother Jesus Christ died for me that i may return to live with God and recieve all he has for me. in the name of our savior Jesus Christ amen!

My Mom said not to post this but who says a 30 year old needs to follow directions??? I just think this shows us that Jordan is still Jordan.
