so this week was pretty awesome. i had my first baptism. her name
was anna purdy. and it was quite and amazing thing to see and feel of
that spirit.
her story is pretty simple 2 weeks
before we showed up she said all of her conversations we leading to
christ or relgion. and usually her husband who is not in favor of the
church is home at night. so it all worked out for us. we went knocking
one night and it happened to be a night that her husband worked later
then normal. so she opened the door and not him. and pretty much thats
all we had to do. she loved the messages, knew it was all true and 4
weeks later was baptized! she wasnt confermined cause she got sick but
will this sunday. but it was amazing to see the difference in here and
she even quit smoking so quickly!!! i love it and the lord.
thanks everyone for your prayers. and if you wanna hear more experiances im having make sure you write me letters!!!
remember who you are and POTWAOG
WEEK 8
hey guys !!!
so this week was pretty awesome!
we had zone confrenece for all of the souther zones and had traings by
pres and sister weaver and also by the APs. it was really awesome to
have it all happen and to see how i can change to be a better tool in
the lords hand.
i dont have a lot of time today so my spirtual thought will be this:
as
i have seen my first child of god enter the waters of baptism and then
confermed a member yesterday it was amazing to feel of the spirit that
is there. i love the lord and the gospel. dont forget every member is a
missionary and so when you get those moments to share what we stand for
and believe in DO IT!!! listen to the spirit and dont be "ashemed of the
gospel of chirst"(romans 1:16)
i love you all and remember to keep that amour of God on and remember who we are!!!
i love being out here i dont know why people dont want to
come and serve! i love seeing the change in people with my one baptism
and how great is my joy if i bring one but how great is my joy if i
bring many! we have so many people we are trying to teach but cant get
appointments it really sucks but at least its something to help them in
their lives!
